Pregnancy, labor, birth…all hugely important and major transformations. As is preparing for the ride that follows in the days, months, even years ahead. Prepare for childbirth alongside your own postpartum care with the Childbirth Prep Course, Postpartum Planning Workshop and three Postpartum Doula Support Sessions.
Postpartum Planning +POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
The birth of a new human also brings on the birth of a new you. New identities, new family dynamics and often the need for new boundaries as you navigate caring for a newborn and yourself. Together we will develop and implement a plan to address your physical and emotional needs such as rest, healing, nourishment and trusted social support. Package includes three Postpartum Doula Support Sessions.
CHILDBIRTH PREP
+POSTPARTUM PLANNING
Pregnancy can be overwhelming. Many people report feeing unclear about the options available to them in pregnancy and postpartum, and when they look for answers they often end up with unhelpful, unsolicited, and/or incorrect advice and information. While it’s impossible to perfectly plan and predict, it’s in the planning where most learning occurs.
POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
As with childbirth, the journey through postpartum is transformative and full of peaks and valleys. Select between single sessions, hourly blocks or a monthly subscription which includes four sessions and unlimited text and email support.
