When possible, we will meet prenatally to develop an individualized postpartum plan covering pillars of postpartum support including rest, healing, physical and emotional nourishment and community support. Monthly packages include one meeting per week and unlimited text and email.

    Services vary based on daily needs but may include:

    • Percussion Massage
    • Breathwork
    • Hands-on Education covering nursing basics, baby-wearing, newborn care and more
    • Assistance building out physical and emotional community care

  • Needs differ greatly between immediate postpartum, the fourth trimester and extended postpartum but postpartum is forever. So whether you are two weeks, two months or two years postpartum, the work of learning to care for ourselves in order to take care of others does not end, and it’s never too late to start our work together.

As with childbirth, the journey through postpartum is transformative and full of peaks and valleys. It’s often difficult to anticipate exactly what help will be needed in immediate postpartum, the fourth trimester or extended postpartum. This option allows you to purchase hourly blocks to be used on an as-needed basis.
