This course is taught through an advocacy lens, and is appropriate for anyone who is interested in exploring not only the options available to them as a pregnant person, but also the context surrounding decisions they make about their care. 

We all process differently, so I strive to tailor this course to best meet your needs. Choose between virtual or in person, either in a child-friendly home office space or more relaxed outdoor garden setting. Sessions are available in either a 4-week series or 2-day weekend intensive format, and I will also work with you to identify your preferred learning methods in order to make the most of our time together.
