We prepare cribs and fold tiny clothes, but how often do we pause to prepare for the vast journey of birth and the unfolding transformation into parenthood? Birth is more than a single day; it’s an experience that reshapes body, heart and our entire identity.

As a Body Ready Method® Certified Pro, Childbirth Educator, Full-Spectrum Doula and Lactation Care Provider, I walk alongside you and your care team as you prepare for the intensity of birth and the ongoing shift into parenthood—helping you feel prepared, supported, and empowered.

I’m honored to offer a customizable range of perinatal support — including new Body Ready Birth Workshops, Body Ready Method® coaching, birth & postpartum care, lactation support, and more —so that together we can nurture not just survival, but strength, connection, and confidence for the evolving journey ahead.

All offerings are fully personalized to meet your needs and learning style. In-person services are available throughout the South Bay of Los Angeles. Parts of the Greater Los Angeles area may incur an additional mileage fee. Virtual support is also available.

Everyone is deserving of birthing and postpartum support. If finances present a barrier, I am happy to work with you on a payment plan or more affordable options.
